Terms of use
Jirdhis gives training and general nutrition guidance. It is not medical advice, it does not diagnose or treat any condition, and it is not a substitute for a doctor or a physiotherapist. If you have a health condition, are pregnant, are recovering from an injury, or something hurts while training, speak to a professional before continuing.
Your account
You do not need an account to use Jirdhis. If you create one, you are responsible for keeping your sign-in details to yourself. One account is for one person — the whole plan is calculated from one person’s logged sets and check-ins, so sharing an account produces a plan that fits neither of you.
Training at your own risk
Resistance training carries risk. The plan is generated from what you told the app and what you logged; it cannot see your form, your sleep, or an injury you did not record. You decide what to lift. Stop if something is wrong.
Payment
The app does not currently charge for anything or take payments.
Content
The exercise library, the meal library and the plans the app generates are ours. Your logged data — your sets, measurements and photos — is yours.
Availability
The app is built to work without a connection, and a sync failure will not stop you training. We do not promise the sync service is never down.
Changes
If these terms change in a way that affects you, you will be told in the app rather than only here.
Who you are agreeing with
The legal entity operating Jirdhis is not yet published, and will be named here before the app is listed on any app store.
